Features
Designed for how buildings actually run.
Evara covers the operational surface of a residential building — from onboarding the first resident to closing the books on a month.
Building code onboarding
Each building gets a unique code at creation. Admins share it privately; residents use it to request access. No leaked invitation links, no anonymous self-signup.
Units and residents
Define floors and units once. Link residents to units and keep contact details current. Residents only see the units they belong to.
Join request approval
Every join request appears in the admin inbox. Approve and link to a unit, or reject. Residents see clear status feedback throughout.
Dues and payments
Issue dues per unit with due dates. Record full or partial payments. Statuses move from unpaid to partial, paid, or overdue automatically.
Expenses and reports
Log expenses by category and date. Review monthly income, spending, and balance per building — never cross-building.
Announcements
Publish updates to residents in a single feed. Residents see only their own building's announcements.
Maintenance requests
Residents submit requests with title and description. Admins update status — pending, in progress, resolved, or rejected — and attach notes.
Super admin management
A dedicated super admin console lists buildings, admins, residents, plans, and subscriptions. Manage operations across the platform.
Subscriptions and plan limits
Each building has a plan with unit and resident caps, enforced in the database. Status drives access — trial, active, past due, expired, or canceled.
Secure access with RLS
Row-level security in the database makes sure every row a user reads or writes belongs to their building or their account. Security is a default, not an option.
